The company did not learn about the health threat until several people complained about the Capri Suns. At this time, it’s unclear how many people complained or if anyone has suffered severe illness.

As expected, the company is working closely with retailers and distributors to get the possible contamination under control. The company says customers can return the relevant Capri Suns to the place of purchase for a refund.

Kraft also said they are, “committed to upholding the highest safety and quality standards” in their statement.

At this time, it’s unknown how many cases the company has already collected as a result of the recall.
